I recommend you to sit in prayer or meditation two times a day, morning and night, before your session. While you sit, set your intention for the upcoming healing session and prepare the questions you have.
In the universe as well in nature there is an exchange and transformation of energy. My work is based on contribution donations. I am grateful for the generosity of people to keep my work going. Typically donations range from $115 to $250.
